We are aware of fraudulent calls targeting Medicare beneficiaries, in which scammers are falsely claiming affiliation with TriValley and offering “free” back braces in exchange for a patient’s Medicare number. These calls are NOT from TriValley.

Please Be Advised

• TriValley will not contact you unexpectedly to offer medical equipment.
• TriValley will not request your Medicare number for unsolicited services.
• Medicare does not provide “free” medical equipment without proper medical evaluation and documentation.

What You Should Do

• Do not share your Medicare number or personal information.
• End the call immediately.
• If you have questions, contact your practice directly using official contact information.
